LEADTIME:

The current lead time for this product is approximately 16+ weeks to Ezfurn. Always check with Ezfurn staff to see if shorter lead times are available in the event Scab is carrying stock. 

Ezfurn will not be liable for any claim arising from the failure to deliver on the nominated lead time “estimate”, due to product availability, shipping delays, port strikes and / or any other cause or event beyond the reasonable control of the company.

MOQ:

The minimum order quantity for this product is listed on the website. Products must be ordered in a full carton/stack quantities. If you are unsure of the MOQ’s or the product multiples, please contact our sales team.

PAYMENT TERMS:

The following payment terms apply to our project buying. Payments can be made by EFT, credit card (VISA/ MASTERCARD) or cheque. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of confirmation to secure your order. On receipt of the deposit, Ezfurn will confirm your project order in writing.

CANCELLATIONS:

In the event that the project order is cancelled during production, the 50% deposit collected on the order will be forfeited. If the project order is cancelled when the product lands in Australia, the non-refundable deposit will be retained and a cancellation invoice totalling 25% of the invoice value will be issued.
